What Your Private Session Includes
Prior to your session, receive a guide to help you prepare for your session and get the most out of it.
Support in creating goal statements to align your subconscious beliefs with your conscious desires. It's ok if you're not sure what may be blocking you in your subconscious. I'll guide you step by step.
Facilitation of the PSYCH-K® change process is called a 'Balance.' You can expect to do several Balances during your session as there can be several unsupportive beliefs.
Identify easy and do-able action steps to accelerate and ignite the changes you created by doing the Balances.
Receive a post-session recommendations guide that will help you experience the new change and increase your skill in self-reflection, creating further change in your life.
Receive a summary of your session including the goals and Balances you completed, along with your action steps as an easy reference guide after session.
Get follow-up support with a 30-minute check-in session with me occurring a 7-10 days after your PSYCH-K® session.

PSYCH-K® uses goal statements to transform limiting beliefs into supportive ones. You can also transform your perception of a stressful or traumatic event you've experienced if you feel that is holding you back. Sessions are equally effective by video conference of in-person.
